FAQs

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns on any of our items. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will try to rectify this.

What metal do you use on your earrings?

The majority of our earrings are lead and nickel free, zinc alloy metal. Some are not, if you have problems with sensitivity from metal please contact us and we can try to make amendments for you.

Are the earrings heavy?

Polymer clay is a durable, lightweight material. Our heaviest earrings weigh 6 grams which is less that a £1 coin!

How do I take care of my earrings?

Though polymer clay is a durable material please ensure to look after your earrings to ensure longevity. If you need to clean them use a damp cloth or for more stubborn stains such as makeup you can take a very small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton bud and rub gently. Please only use a small amount of rubbing alcohol to clean your items as it will begin to break down the clay if too much is used. Please don't wear your earrings in water.

How do I take care of my homeware?

Our homeware products are made from an eco friendly resin, Jesmonite. The items are water and fire resistant. Our items are sealed to protect from water damage, but it is best to clean all spillages as soon as possible. The items should be cleaned with a damp, soft cloth and you can use a light detergent if needed. These items are not dishwasher or microwave friendly. They are not food safe.
